Gender diversity is our top priority
Diversity and inclusivity aren’t just buzzwords – they’re part of who we are. Women make up 30% of our workforce, reflecting our commitment to inclusivity and equity. This figure exceeds the national average for Jordan’s private sector, highlighting our dedication to empowering women at every level.
Our female representation surpasses Jordan’s national average of 14%, with 320 women holding leadership positions across our workforce of 1,000 employees.
By prioritizing gender diversity, we ensure that women contribute meaningfully across all positions, from entry-level to leadership.
Our goal is to continue creating opportunities, raise the bar for inclusivity, and foster an environment where women can thrive in the years ahead.
Empowering the younger generation
Our workforce is proudly driven by youth, with Gen Z (ages 18-27) making up an impressive 77% of our team and 4.3% of leadership roles. Millennials also play a key role, contributing 21% to our dynamic team.
